How can I find out if my husband has placed his cash inheritance into someone else's account to avoid paying c

The key word is CASH INHERITANCE...he can do whatever he wants with it...it is his...no one elses

How can I find out if my husband has placed his cash inheritance into someone else's account to avoid paying c
In Texas, inheritance is not community property, so the spouse does not have a right to a dime of it.

Your mileage may vary. Check your state's probate law.
Reply:well there is no way you really can intil he file taxes then you can find out because bye law he have to tell the irs what he did with his money if you invest it or if you buy properity or if you invest it in a tax shelter,cd,ira,he has to proof what he did with his money.or if he loan it to some one as a loan then he still has to show proof of it and how much interest he is chargeing that person because that person has to report that to the irs.it has to come out in the wash some how i would think.and sence he is your husband you should be able and call the irs up and ask them.
